Managing interview schedules is straightforward with our ATS. Whether you need to make changes or cancel an upcoming interview, you can do so directly from your dashboard.


 

Step 1: Access the Interview

To begin, you can either:

  • Click on the applicant's name in the interview list, if it's one of the upcoming appointments showing: 
  • Or, Select "View Calendar" from your dashboard to see all interviews in a Calendar Layout


Step 2: Edit or Cancel the Interview

Once you're on the applicant's interview page, you'll have two options: "Cancel Interview" or "Edit"


To Cancel an Interview:

  1. Click the Cancel Interview button.
  2. If you'd like, you can add an optional note explaining the cancellation.
  3. After that, click Send.


This will automatically remove the interview from:

  • Your connected calendar
  • The applicant's calendar
  • The ATS calendar


A note about the cancellation will also be added to the applicant's activity log for future reference.


To Edit an Interview:

  1. Click the Edit button
  2. Update any details you need to change (e.g., date, time, or location)
  3. Once you're done, click Save at the bottom of the screen.


Your updates will sync across:

  • Your connected calendar
  • The applicant's calendar
  • The ATS calendar

Step 3: What Happens If the Applicant Declines?

If the applicant declines the interview, you’ll receive a notification on your dashboard. The interview will then be automatically removed from all calendars.
